Interesting comments on the business benifits of using consultants vs. employees. Note his reference to the list of 20+ questions the IRS asks to determine employee/consultant status; a set of criteria which has changed little since the mid-80's. The advantages of being a consultant or employee have blurred a great deal since then.
Has anyone else noticed the changes?
